Purchasing Information

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

How to order

  • Send an email with your order, postal address and preferred payment method. Please make sure you quote codes that appear next to each item to avoid mix ups. We will reply by email, confirming your order and attaching a copy of your invoice.
  • Phone your order through on 0408351137 or 03 5426 3770 during business hours.
Most beads and all jewellery are one of a kind and will be sold on a ‘first come’ basis. We'll endeavour to update our site as items are sold. If the item has just been sold, we will advise you by email or phone.

Payment

  • Money orders and cheques are acceptable.
  • Direct bank transfer/deposit/internet banking. Please make sure you include your name or invoice number for reference purposes. Please note that the invoice will include our bank details.
  • We now also have credit card facilities. If you wish to pay by credit card, please state this in your email with your phone number (please do not provide your card details at this point) and I will contact you for further details.
  • Paypal account will be included in the invoice.
Items will be sent once payment has been confirmed and cheques or money orders have been cleared.

Postage

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Beads and jewellery are mailed in padded bags to avoid breakages.
$4 will be charged per order.

Please note that no responsibility will be taken for items lost in the mail. If you require your items to be sent by registered mail (which includes insurance cover up to $100), then there will be an additional charge of $2.75.

For overseas orders, a postage rate will be quoted dependant on whether items are to be sent via air mail, economy air or sea mail.

Refunds

If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be sent to you less the original postage price.
Earrings will not be refunded due to OHS.

As my studio is based in my home, please do not turn up without making an appointment. I may not be home or I may be in the middle of a project that cannot be left unattended.
