Purchasing Information

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

How to order

  • Send an email with your order, postal address and preferred payment method. Please make sure you quote codes that appear next to each item to avoid mix ups. We will reply by email, confirming your order and attaching a copy of your invoice.
  • Phone your order through on 0408351137 or 03 5422 7365 during business hours.
Most beads and all jewellery are one of a kind and will be sold on a ‘first come’ basis. We'll endeavour to update our site as items are sold. If the item has just been sold, we will advise you by email or phone.

Payment

  • Money orders and cheques are acceptable.
  • Direct bank transfer/deposit/internet banking. Please make sure you include your name or invoice number for reference purposes. Please note that the invoice will include our bank details.
  • Paypal account will be included in the invoice.
Items will be sent once payment has been confirmed and cheques or money orders have been cleared.

Postage

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Beads and jewellery are mailed in padded bags to avoid breakages.
The cost for these items is as follows:
  • Under 125grams $2.15
  • 125grams to 250grams $2.60
  • 250grams to 500grams $3.60
Please note that no responsibility will be taken for items lost in the mail. If you require your items to be sent be registered mail (which includes insurance cover up to $100), then there will be an additional charge of $2.50.

For overseas orders, a postage rate will be quoted dependant on whether items are to be sent via air mail, economy air or sea mail.

Mosaics can be picked up by prior arrangement or delivered via Australia Post to Australian destinations only. Price of postage will be advised upon ordering.

Refunds

If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be sent to you less the original postage price.
Earrings will not be refunded due to OHS.

As my studio is based in my home, please do not turn up without making an appointment. I may not be home or I may be in the middle of a project that cannot be left unattended.
